Frictionless subcontracting
Three questions decide whether an agency subcontracts a job: can they actually do it, what will it cost, and will they behave. This page answers all three in writing, so you can forward it rather than relay it.
From brief to sign-off

Brief and artwork received
You send the scope, the files and the dates. Ghost Crewing confirms what is installable as drawn, what needs a survey first, and whether the working window is realistic. If something in the artwork will not survive the surface, you hear it now rather than on the day.

Site survey and checks
Measurements against your file, substrate and surface condition, obstructions, access route, working window and work at height requirements. On repeat rollouts one survey often covers the template and the rest are checked remotely. Full detail is on the site surveys page.

Quote issued against scope
A written quote using the day or half-day rate, with travel and logistics itemised separately. Ask for the rate card once and you can work out your mark-up before the quote arrives, which usually means replying to your client the same day.

Installation, unbranded
Plain workwear as standard, or your own uniform if you send it ahead. No branded vehicle livery on site, no business cards, no introductions. If the client asks who we work for, the answer is your agency.

Sign-off and photographs returned
Completion photographs come back to you, unmarked and unwatermarked, for you to present to your client as your own work. Snags are raised with you, not with them. Nothing is published anywhere by us.
How we charge
Time on site, not square metres. Rates are issued directly rather than published: ask once, keep the card, and price the next five jobs without asking again. Everything is quoted to your agency excluding VAT.
Half day
Rate on request
Up to four hours on site. A single-unit window graphic, a small point-of-sale drop, or a survey visit.
Full day
Rate on request
A full working day. Most shopfronts, hoarding runs and multi-panel installs land here.
Rollout
Quoted per project
Multi-site or multi-territory programmes needing vetted Tier 2 and Tier 3 assistants, quoted against the programme.
Ask for the card
One email and the full card comes back the same working day: day rate, half-day rate, travel radius and mileage. No qualifying call, no expiry on it.
What you are invoiced
The same three lists whichever rate you book. Nothing here changes between a half day and a rollout, which is why there is no comparison table to read.

Travel and terms
Travel
A radius is included in the day rate. Beyond it, mileage is itemised at cost rather than absorbed into the day. Both figures are stated on the card.
Overnight
Accommodation, ferries, tolls and parking are billed at cost with receipts attached. No handling fee. Access equipment hire is also at cost.
International
European and international work is quoted per project, covering travel, carnet where required and local access arrangements.
Terms
All figures exclude VAT. Payment terms are agreed with your accounts team at onboarding and stated on every quote. The card is a flat rate, not an opening position.

No contact with your client, ever
Not during the job, not afterwards, not for marketing. Questions on site are referred back to you.
Nothing is published
There is no portfolio on this site, and there never will be. Completed work is yours to show, not ours. That is why you are reading capability copy instead of looking at photographs of finished jobs.
Unbranded on site
Plain workwear as standard, or your own uniform if supplied. No livery, no cards, no logo on the barrier.
Non-disclosure signed on request
If your client requires an NDA, or your own agency terms need countersigning, send them with the brief.
Capacity and coverage
Single-operator agility as standard. One installer means one standard of finish and no handover between crews. When a programme is larger than that, vetted Tier 2 and Tier 3 assistants are brought in around the same lead installer rather than instead of him.
Based in South Wales, so Cardiff, Swansea and Newport are routine. UK-wide travel is normal rather than exceptional, and European and international deployments are quoted per project.

Compliance in practice
CSCS certified
Carded for access to active construction sites, so principal contractors can admit the installer without an exception process. Card details are provided with RAMS on request.
PASMA certified
Mobile access tower assembly, inspection and safe use. Covers the majority of internal work at height and fascia-level signage.
IPAF certified
Powered access operation for scissor and boom platforms, so high-level exterior graphics and signage do not need a separate operator on the day.
Insurance
£5,000,000
Public Liability, including 'property being worked upon' cover. That clause is the one your client's building manager cares about: it covers the surface being installed onto, not just third party damage nearby. Certificate supplied on request.
RAMS
Risk assessments and method statements are produced per site and sent ahead of the visit, in your format if you have one.

CSCS, PASMA and IPAF. No other schemes are claimed. If your client requires one we do not hold, we will tell you rather than work around it.
