Who runs this site
ghostcrewing.co.uk is operated by Ghost Crewing Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17372210, registered office 15 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff, CF24 5PJ. Using the site means accepting the terms on this page.
What the site is, and is not
The pages here describe capability. No rates are published on this site: the rate card is issued directly on request, and nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance. Work is only agreed once a written quote has been issued for a defined scope and accepted in writing.
Rates on the card issued to you are quoted excluding VAT, and apply to the working pattern described alongside them. Travel, logistics and access equipment are itemised separately at cost. Large-scale rollouts requiring additional assistants are quoted per project. A card issued to you is indicative until confirmed on a written quote for a defined scope.
Scope of work
Ghost Crewing carries out surface-level installation: vinyl application, static signage mounting and finishing, and pre-installation site surveys. Structural construction, fabrication, printing and graphic design are outside the scope of what is offered and are not undertaken.
Accuracy
Specifications, substrate notes and timings on this site are given in good faith as general guidance. They are not a substitute for a site survey, and site conditions can change what is achievable. Where a survey has not been carried out, any timing given is an estimate rather than a commitment.
Intellectual property
The Ghost Crewing name, mark and the content of this site belong to Ghost Crewing Ltd. Third party certification marks shown on this site belong to their respective schemes and are reproduced to indicate certification held, not to imply endorsement.
Artwork supplied by an agency remains the property of that agency or its client. Ghost Crewing claims no rights over installed work, does not publish photographs of it, and returns completion photographs to the commissioning agency for their own use.
Forms on this site
Both forms collect personal data and require an explicit consent tick. Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation on either side. Submitting an installer application does not create an offer of work, an employment relationship, or any guarantee of engagement. How that data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this site.
