Ghost Crewing keeps a vetted bench of vinyl fitters, wrappers and signage installers to bring in as Tier 2 and Tier 3 assistants on larger rollouts. Because work is deployed internationally, the bench is built by territory rather than by radius.
If you fit well, work clean, turn up when you said you would and can hold a white-label position, the application below takes about four minutes.
This is subcontracted work offered job by job. There is no salary, no guaranteed hours, no holiday entitlement and no employment relationship. You invoice for the work you complete, at a rate agreed before you accept the job.
Being on the bench is not a promise of work. It means you are checked, on file, and called first when something lands in your territory.
Your own tools and kit
Application tools, blades, heat, cleaning kit and PPE. Specialist access equipment is arranged per job.
Your own public liability insurance
In force, in your own name, with a certificate we can hold on file.
Certification that matches the work
CSCS for construction sites, PASMA or IPAF for work at height, or the local equivalent where you are based.
Properly registered
Self-employed and UTR registered in the UK, or the equivalent tax registration in your own country.
A white-label standard of conduct
Unbranded on site, no contact with the end client, no photographs published. The same rules Ghost Crewing works to.
Four short steps, about four minutes. Applications are read by Tom, not by a recruiter, and certification and insurance are verified before any first job rather than at the point of booking.
You stay on file by territory, and are contacted when work lands there.
Every application gets a reply, including the ones that are not a fit right now.
